By using the Sam and Rach Travel Trip Planner, you agree to these terms.

Planning information, not a booking guarantee

The planner is a travel-planning tool. Routes, prices, journey times, activity suggestions, opening information, station/airport guidance and budgets can change and may be estimates. Always confirm current information with the relevant airline, railway, bus company, accommodation provider, attraction or official authority before travelling or paying for a booking.

Your bookings and travel decisions

You are responsible for checking passports, visas, entry rules, insurance, health requirements, transport times, cancellation terms and the suitability of any booking or activity. Sam and Rach Travel is not the travel provider for bookings made through third-party links.

Third-party and affiliate links

Some links are affiliate links. If you make an eligible purchase after following one, Sam and Rach Travel may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Third-party providers set their own prices, availability, terms, cancellation policies and privacy practices.

Intellectual property

The original Sam and Rach Travel Trip Planner interface, written content, travel curation, branding and original code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unless the law gives you a separate right, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, license or adapt substantial portions of the planner or use them to create a substantially copied commercial product without written permission from Sam and Rach Travel.

You may use the planner normally for personal travel planning, save your own itineraries, download your itinerary PDF and share the trip links the planner provides.

Availability and changes

We may change, update, suspend or remove planner features at any time. Third-party services can also change or become unavailable without notice.

No warranty

The planner is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to make it useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every suggestion, estimate, link or third-party result will always be accurate, complete or available.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sam and Rach Travel is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on planning estimates, changes made by travel providers, missed transport, cancellations, third-party services, or decisions made using the planner. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
